Wedding enquiries
The form sends your names, email, wedding date, venue or destination, message and, if provided, phone number and country to mail@dariograziani.com through Aruba email services. It also records the page, language, privacy acknowledgement, time and request reference. An automatic acknowledgement is sent to your email address.
These details are used to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and arrange requested photography services. Processing your enquiry serves steps requested before a contract; technical safeguards serve the legitimate interest in protecting the website against misuse. Required fields are needed to process the enquiry; phone and country are optional. The form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Security, recipients and retention
Hosting and email infrastructure process the data needed to operate the website and deliver messages. The form uses a technical session, CSRF protection, a honeypot and a limit based on a hashed IP address. Form messages are delivered by email rather than stored in a website enquiry database.
Enquiry correspondence is retained for the time needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship, taking account of applicable legal obligations. Browser preferences remain until you change them or clear browser storage. Infrastructure providers apply their own technical retention rules; contact us for information about your particular enquiry.
External services
Venue pages offer YouTube films through youtube-nocookie.com and the YouTube player API. Both remain blocked until you explicitly allow external films. After consent, loading or playing a film involves requests to Google/YouTube, which can process technical and viewing data under its privacy policy. The privacy-enhanced domain does not mean that no data is transmitted.
WhatsApp and social buttons are external links. Their services receive data when you follow a link or contact us through them. Their policies describe their processing and any international transfers. Fonts and portfolio photographs are served by this website. No external analytics or advertising tracker is configured.
Your choices and rights
Write to mail@dariograziani.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Italian Garante or your competent supervisory authority.
